As our next Success Specialist, you don’t just need to enjoy spinning multiple plates. You get a thrill out of roomfuls of spinning plates – and are at your best when your boss provides clarity on what “mission accomplished” looks like and are given the latitude to problem-solve within a clear set of guardrails.
Part coach, part accountability partner, the our next Specialist will consult with a group of up to 25 churches to implement Communio’s proven process to share the Gospel through the renewal of healthy relationships, marriage, and the family. You will build authentic, one-on-one relationships with ministry leaders at each of your churches – providing encouragement, collaboration, and accountability to help them implement their ministry effectively.
Toward that end, you will have an established library of Communio resources and services at your fingertips to give a church all they need to accomplish their plan. In an ongoing way, you will teach your ministry leaders the nuts and bolts of how to effectively track, measure, and interpret KPIs to demonstrate the effectiveness of the ministry’s impact on improving church-wide relationship health.
To date, Communio has equipped more than 300 churches on our model – the Data-Informed, Full-Circle Relationship Ministry®. Churches that follow Communio’s guidance and ministry best practices see an average 22 percent growth in Sunday attendance by the 12-24 month mark of our partnership. 70 percent of couples who self-report being at highest risk of divorce report being very satisfied or better in their marriage after completing a relationship skills enrichment experience.
And we’re continuing to grow.
Our President and CEO has an ambitious vision and national strategy to serve 4,000 churches of 500 or more in the top 40 US cities by the end of the decade.
